A holding company for vertical software.

Offiziersmesser LLC builds and operates a portfolio of focused vertical software products. The name is the German word for a Swiss officer’s knife — one handle, many precise instruments — and it is the whole idea of the company.

Each product serves one overlooked, compliance-bound vertical, and each runs as its own DBA under the parent. The parent carries the shared engineering discipline, the brand system, and the capital; the products carry the focus. We open one blade at a time.

We are deliberately early and deliberately narrow. The first instrument, MS College, is live — the all-in-one platform for career colleges. It will not be the last — but it will be finished before the next is opened.
